Danger of Oral Sex

If you have an active s*x life, you may want to know the dangers of oral s*x. Oral s*x is popular among teens as a way to get around actual intercourse and both heterosexual and homosexual adults. Oral s*x is oftentimes considered safer than s*xual intercourse; however, that is not the case.

Oral s*x can carry as many dangers as s*xual intercourse.

Sexually Transmitted Disease. STD’s can be transferred between partners during oral s*x. HIV can be passed through oral s*x although it is not likely. Gonorrhoea, Syphilis, and Chlamydia are also able to be transmitted through oral s*x.

Bacterial and Viral Infections. The bacterial infections are spread during oral s*x when the mouth touches the anus; however, since the private parts are in close proximity to the anus catching them is a possibility during oral s*x. Hepatitis A, B, and C can all be spread through oral s*x.

Bowel organisms such as salmonella, campylobacter, and shigella can be spread through oral s*x.

Herpes. The Herpes Simplex Virus can be spread through oral s*x. There are generally warning signs you should look out for such as ulcers on the private parts. Also watch for the person giving the oral s*x to have cold sores around their mouth. Herpes can be spread from mouth to private part contact as well.

Reduce the Risks. Use a condom to help reduce the chance of catching an STD or other infection through oral s*x. Limit contact of bodily fluids. Check for any signs of outbreaks before performing or receiving oral s*x.
